1. 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) 명시적 금지

VN2KR은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE)를 엄격히 금지합니다. 이 정책에서 아동은 만 18세 미만의 모든 사람을 의미합니다. 이 정책은 모든 이용자와 게시글, 댓글, 후기, 프로필, 이미지, 동영상, 링크 및 서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠와 행위에 적용됩니다.

아동에 대한 성적 학대·착취, 성적 목적의 그루밍이나 접근, 성적 대화·접촉·이미지 요청, 성적 협박, 아동 성매매·인신매매, 또는 이러한 행위를 조장·알선·지원하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다. 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM)의 제작, 게시, 업로드, 저장, 공유, 유통, 구매·판매, 요청 및 해당 콘텐츠로 연결하는 링크 제공도 금지합니다. 금지 대상에는 실제 아동뿐 아니라 아동의 성적 학대를 묘사하는 컴퓨터 생성·합성 콘텐츠도 포함됩니다.

2. 아동 안전 우려사항 신고

아동 안전 위반이나 의심되는 콘텐츠·행위를 발견하면 VN2KR 서비스 화면 하단에 표시된 지원 이메일 vn2kr@gmail.com으로 신고하거나 아동 안전 담당자 skyblue.mmmj@gmail.com으로 연락해 주세요. 이메일 제목에 [VN2KR 아동 안전 신고]를 기재하고, 해당 게시물 URL 또는 식별정보, 관련 계정, 우려사항 및 발견 시각 등 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 알려 주세요.

불법 이미지나 동영상을 내려받거나 복사·재전송하지 마세요. 신고 이메일에도 CSAM 파일을 첨부하지 말고 해당 위치와 상황만 설명해 주세요. 아동에게 즉각적인 위험이 있는 경우 서비스의 답변을 기다리지 말고 현지 경찰 또는 긴급 신고기관에 먼저 연락하세요.

3. 검토 및 조치

운영자는 신고 또는 기타 경로로 아동 안전 위반을 인지하면 내용을 신속히 검토하고, 확인된 CSAM과 CSAE 관련 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 접근을 차단합니다. 위반 계정에는 서비스 이용 제한 또는 계정 정지 등 필요한 조치를 취합니다. 신고자와 아동의 개인정보는 검토·보호·법적 의무 이행에 필요한 범위에서만 취급합니다.

4. 법규 준수 및 관계기관 신고

VN2KR은 적용되는 아동 안전 관련 법규를 준수하며, CSAM 또는 아동 성적 학대·착취를 확인한 경우 관련 법규에 따라 지역·국가의 관할 수사기관 또는 지정된 아동 보호·신고기관에 신고하고 적법한 조사에 협조합니다. 관련 기록은 법적 의무 및 피해 아동 보호에 필요한 범위에서 보존·제공합니다.

VN2KR Child Safety Standards

Effective: 16 October 2026

Applies to the VN2KR app (com.vn2kr.app), VN2KR CONNECT and vn2kr.com. Operator: LinkWay.

VN2KR strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). A child means anyone under 18. This policy applies to every user and all posts, comments, reviews, profiles, images, videos, links and conduct on our service. Sexual grooming, sexual solicitation involving children, sextortion, child sexual trafficking, and promoting or facilitating child sexual exploitation are prohibited.

Creating, uploading, storing, publishing, sharing, distributing, buying, selling, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited, including computer-generated or synthetic depictions of child sexual abuse.

Report child safety concerns to the support email displayed in the VN2KR service footer, vn2kr@gmail.com, or to our designated child safety contact at skyblue.mmmj@gmail.com. Use the subject [VN2KR Child Safety Report] and provide the content URL or identifier, relevant account and a brief description. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or police first.

When made aware of suspected violations, we promptly review them, remove or disable access to confirmed CSAM and CSAE content, and restrict or suspend violating accounts as appropriate. We handle reporter and child information only as needed for protection, review and legal compliance. We comply with applicable child safety laws, report confirmed CSAM or child sexual abuse and exploitation to the relevant regional or national authorities or designated reporting organization in accordance with applicable law, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
